• 1.1 ANGELS EROTIC MASSAGE MARBELLA™ is a registered and operated massage agency.

• 1.2 Legal age and health restriction:
  All our masseuses are at least 21 years old or older when the images were provided by the person featured. None of the represented masseuses does experience any known/reported physical or mental disability during the collaboration with ANGELS EROTIC MASSAGE MARBELLA™.

• 1.3 None of the masseuses of ANGELS EROTIC MASSAGE MARBELLA™ had been persuaded or lured to join the agency. Each and every masseuse had previous masseuse experience, had approached and joined ANGELS EROTIC MASSAGE MARBELLA™ at her own will.

• 1.4 Proposed services:
  The fee is charged for sensual massage, that excludes any type of illegal activities and sexual activities. We provide sensual, erotic and tantra massages, and that is all we will offer you during your booking. ANGELS EROTIC MASSAGE MARBELLA™ does not take any responsibility for any further consensual activities between the two adults, the masseuse and the customer.

• 1.5 ANGELS EROTIC MASSAGE MARBELLA™ does not employ the masseuse. It merely provides marketing representation and ensures the safety of the social encounter. The masseuses set their own fees and boundaries that are non-negotiable.

• 1.6 ANGELS EROTIC MASSAGE MARBELLA™ does not provide any premised or/and establishment for the masseuses accommodation and/or services, it does not assist with masseuse housing in any shape or form either.

• 1.7 If a client is disrespectful to one of our masseuses, our masseuse has the right to end the massage before the time agreed to. No refunds given.

• 1.8 We do not tolerate the use of any illegal substances during the course of any tantra massage. If this is not respected, our masseuse has the right to end the massage before the time agreed to. No refunds given.

• 1.9 It’s important to be punctual for your massage session. Your masseuse will make every effort to accommodate your booking in the event of delays. However, we cannot guarantee that she will be able to provide sensual massage for the entire session.

New customer screening

​

• 1.1 For the reasons of safety, ANGELS EROTIC MASSAGE MARBELLA™ requires new customers to undergo a respectful gentle screening.

• 1.2 In some cases outcall bookings to private residence require demonstration of the utility bill and a shared live Whats App location to prove the adress. For outcall bookings to a hotel you´ll be asked for the name on the hotel booking and one of our members of our team will call your room or residence as a security check.

Payment, Cancellation & Refund

• 1.1 ANGELS EROTIC MASSAGE MARBELLA™ arranges proposed services locally to new customers only after 10% upfront deposit is made. This is one-off payment for verification purposes and should not be repeated for the further bookings.

• 1.2 Payment can be made via a bank transfer or via Revolut. No cheques please.

• 1.3 ANGELS EROTIC MASSAGE MARBELLA™ arranges proposed travel services with at least 50% upfront payment. In most cases the payment must be made upfront and in full.

• 1.4 In case a booking is cancelled at 24 hours or less prior for local and 24 hours prior for travel, the full deposit amount is retained by ANGELS EROTIC MASSAGE MARBELLA™.

• 1.5 If a client is disrespectful to one of our masseuses, our masseuse has the right to end the massage before the time agreed to. No refunds given.

Privacy policy

• 1.1 ANGELS EROTIC MASSAGE MARBELLA™ operates on the terms of ultimate discretion towards both customers and masseuse.

• 1.2 Secure and gentle screening is performed on new customer and masseuse by our sister concierge company. Your data will never be associated with our massage agency.

• 1.3 Any kind of information used for identity verification, personal data and booking data will be destroyed immediately after the booking ends.

• 1.4 No customer data is kept on file.

• 1.5 Any kind of interactions via phone, email or bank transfer would be only executed with customers’ permission and will remain ultimately discreet.
